I am a person who prefers to experience the world with my senses awake. At the age of 37, I know: The most beautiful paths are those on which you meet yourself and other souls. Whether I'm looking for space while hiking or cycling into the wind - nature is my source of strength. Here I find the grounding that I bring into my inner being through meditation.
​My deep connection to animals has taught me that communication often requires no words. I value the honest presence of living beings and seek exchanges with people who also want to look behind the facade.
