Descripción
We are a young family living in the south of France.
We're both organic farmers since 7 years (market gardening, fruit tree cultivation, herbalism).
We have studied permaculture, herbalism and market gardening and therefore have quite a lot of experience in growing vegetables, fruit and herbs on living soil, agroforestry, medicinal plants as well as raising chickens, sheep, propagating seeds, living self-sufficiently etc. ...
We also self-built our own ecological and bioclimatic house (“earthship” style) which we designed and built from zero, using ecological materials (straw, earth, wood)... which also gave us a lot of experience in the whole field of ecological construction...
After all that, we're keen to travel to other countries and broaden our horizons.
We're particularly interested in experiencing ecological culture in tropical climates, meeting the flora and fauna of Central America and, of course, discovering new cultures, new people and new ways of living with the land...
We've already welcomed several wwoofers/volunteers into our homes, and we really like the concept.
We have children (aged 10 and 5) who we'd be delighted to share this experience with.
We're motivated and like to help out!
