I am a well traveled guy from Holland who likes to share his explorations and adventurers with others.
I preferably travel by bicycle and sometimes by public transport.
Interested in permaculture and fruit/vegetable growing and chopping them up in recipes like apple - currysauce.
I like to spend time in the kitchen but not specifically as a chef but rather as his or her assistant to come to a better result. So I am looking for a new kitchen experience to enrich my recipe knowledge for now the Portuguese/Brasilian taste.
I don't mind shopping as long as we know what we are looking for.
In the end I do not mind dishwashing but always hope to clean up empty dishes that maybe already have been prewashed with your own tongue(!?)

I met many generous and beautifull people and Rudy was also very kind to me when I needed a ride to the hospital to take me there twice because of an unfortunate fall in a ditch ,hurting my right knee very badly.
