Hello everyone,
Our names are Tom and Regina!
We are a Scottish and Mexican couple living in Glasgow, looking for a bigger adventure!
We're 27, passionate about travelling, food, and new experiences overall.
We want to take around a year off our busy city lives to see more of the world, helping communities, locals and other people along the way while discovering new skills.

I am motivated by curiosity, ordering something new at a restaurant is exciting to me so experiencing new countries, cultures and people blows my mind. I have travelled around Europe and the Eastern United States staying in hostels and some couch-surfing, and everyone I met or stayed with made my time so special. Being able to have all of that through workaway while giving something back to the people and places I am visiting, will be amazing!
I mostly spend my spare time reading and watching basketball, I cycle everywhere in Glasgow and enjoy helping my mum with her garden.

I have a Bachelors in Fine Art and Photography, I'm an experienced Hospitality worker, specially in Management and a great Bartender/Barista. I have a big background in childcare too, babysitting from a young age, working as a camp counsellor and working as a Residential Assistant in a Boarding School Full-time.
My main passion is food! Researching, creating, and of course eating dishes from around the world is my happy place, so definitely expect some great cooking from my side :)
I'm also a big creative person, spending my spare time doing crafts and DIYs.
We are excited to make new friends and great memories!

Regina was born and raise in Mexico, so her first language is Spanish. Fluent in English too, since she has lived abroad in English speaking countries over the last decade. Tom was Born and rise in the UK, so his first language is English, but knows conversational Spanish and some French. Tom is also completing his TEFL Level 5 Diploma.

Tom: (Full-Time Assistant General-manager in a a bar/event venue, worked abroad as a lifeguard and has extensive experience working as a Handyman/Joiner. Currently completing his TEFL Level 5 Diploma and big involvement in outdoors activities.)

Beyond our already known skills, we're both really fast learners, and optimistic when it comes to new projects and different activities.
We're beyond excited on embarking this new adventure and thrilled to make new memories/friendships for us and the people we'll meet throwout our travels.
