I’m Paola, a 44-year-old Italian educator, photographer and traveler. I’m passionate about animals, nature and community life, and I’ve also worked in educational farms combining teaching with caring for animals. Curious, positive and reliable, I’d love to contribute while learning new skills.

I joined Workaway because I enjoy traveling in a meaningful way, meeting people with different stories, and discovering new ways of living.
I speak Italian, Spanish, and English, and I’ve lived in Spain for several years, which really helped me feel at home even outside my country.

I’m looking for experiences connected to nature, animals, community living, and art. I’m especially interested in projects that can teach me something new and inspire me for a simpler, more intentional future. Over the years I’ve also worked in educational farms, combining my background in education with the care of animals and outdoor activities — an experience that made me even more passionate about learning and teaching through nature.

My skills include:

I’ve traveled across Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America. I love photography, art, yoga, and meeting people who are passionate about what they do, especially when it comes to civil rights, sustainability, and self-sufficiency.

I’d describe myself as a curious, positive, and open-minded person, but I also appreciate moments of solitude and time for myself.

I really enjoy being part of a global community that values exchange and sharing—not just of skills, but also of life projects and ideas.
