Hello there!
It’s that time again—to explore the unknown, meet inspiring people, get some dirt under my nails, and maybe even score a few waves along the way.
About me:
Originally from Sweden, I’m now based in Portugal where I work remotely. I’ve volunteered in a range of places: surf camps, permaculture farms, old French vineyards, and plant dealerships. Along the way, I’ve picked up a good mix of skills—cooking, surfboard maintenance and repair, carpentry, renovations, and permaculture design, just to name a few. I have a growing interests in permaculture and local projects that support ecosystems and biodiversity.
Right now, I’m also on the path to becoming a web developer, so I’m happy to help out with anything digital if needed :) But my academic hands are itching to touch soil! I’m looking forward to a change and am more than ready for some heavy lifting, digging, plastering, painting, pruning—whatever needs doing. I’m always eager to learn and try something new - and not afraid to dig in!
I hold a degree in Anthropology and Sustainable Development, as well as a Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC), and I’d love to share and exchange knowledge in those areas.
In my free time, you’ll probably find me in the water surfing, jamming on my guitar, cooking something tasty, or enjoying some nice conversations with new friends. I speak semi-fluent French and English, and intermediate Spanish—which I’d love to improve!
