Hi, I’m Nylou! I’ve been living in Berlin for over five years, where I graduated from culinary school and worked as a chef in several high-end restaurants. The culinary world can be incredibly demanding, and after some time, I found myself burning out. Since then, I’ve explored different jobs while trying to figure out what I want to do next.

I recently returned from an incredible trip to Iceland, where I cycled 800 km across the country. It was a transformative experience that helped me reconnect with myself. Now, at 23, I’m navigating a bit of a life crossroads and looking for a change of pace to gain some clarity.
