Hi, im an avid backpacker looking to explore Colombia, learn about gardening, woodworking, agriculture and more. Also looking to learn and improve my spanish. Im generally easy going, hard working and open minded. I try to follow a yoga, breathwork and meditation routine and generally enjoy being outdoors. I'm also highly interested in how nature and connectedness to nature shapes our mental and physical health
