We love cooking and spending time in nature. We're fascinated by manual and art work. Building, creating, cultivating. We aren't experts in manual work, but we bring courage and joy of work as well as a sense of responsibility. We've got some experiences in gardening and forest care. We are also good at managing daily life: organising, coordinating, seeing things, which need to be done.
It is a pleasure for us holding space for healing sessions.
Nazanin got some experiences in planing events.
Marcus knows a lot about a healthy lifestyle in it´s many facets and has 8 years experience in cooking for groups and kitchen management, teaching yoga (some time ago), shamanism and intuitive massage and is eager to know more about bodywork therapy and permaculture.

Muchas gracias Nazarin y Marcus, for your help and kindness with my furry family and taking care the house, while I was absent.
I really reccomend them, they was taking care of the cats and dogs pretty good, also of the house, when I came back the house was spotless

Hey, me and my Partner spent four weeks at Guilias place while she was abroad. Best workaway experience!
It was my first experience in Mexico and in the jungle. And it was exactly what I was looking for; to get in touch with wild life and to overcome my anxiety. And I was so lucky that Francisco was our host in that case. He is a very friendly and calm guy who has got lots of knowledge and experience to share. I feel blessed… read more to have spent time with him. That was a 10-days-experience full of magic. I had the opportunity to learn a lot about the jungle and Mexican traditions. I slept with my partner in the tent under the Palapa. There is no electricity and WiFi available. But we always found a solution for our needs so we increased our trust in life. Francisco was good as estimating volunteers potential and the current situation and so gave each of them a job, which they could manage and the whole team benefited from. There are many different jobs to do. I personally have for instance repotted many plants, cleaned the ways from the dried leaves or general cleaning and cooking meals for the group.
The place is located between Puerto Morelos and Leona Vicario. You can use a shuttle bus (colectivo) which is driving each 40 minutes till 9 p.m.
There are many cenotes to visit. We visited one of them: Zapote. This was a very nice place, but we didn’t like some of their term and conditions, like making photos of our passports without our permission. Furthermore the place is more suitable for people, who have the possibility to get there with their own car.
I really recommend Francisco and his place to everyone who is interested in detoxing for a while from the restlessness of city life and wants to get connected again with themselves and nature. I am very thankful to have met Francisco. I think that his project is great and would love to see the progress of it.

In addition to Nazanin´s remarks I want to mention that I very much liked Francisco´s approach when first of all he introduced us to the spirits of the jungle and asked all their inhabitants to not do us any harm for we would not do so in return. From that moment on I felt safe and welcome at this place. And this continued further on, since whenever we needed something Francisco was willing to help us out as good as possible. He is compassionate with every living being and I´m glad to call him a friend after such a short time!
In return we were happy to realize that we were of good help with our talents and skills in many different tasks and see his place prosper quickly. What he´s creating is something new: A place where he and his workawayers are living a free flowing community and inviting people over Airbnb to get a scent of how it feels like when people from many different countries and backgrounds share a common vision and (wo)manpower to create a better world in connection with pure nature.
I wish him all the best for his project and will for sure stay in touch!
