Hello from Mike & Jazz!

We are a warm and fun-loving couple with a broad combined skillset, excited to embark on our journey starting in Ushuaia, Argentina, and traveling North all the way to Mexico across 6 months.
We’re on the lookout for friendly, flexible and communicative hosts.

About Us

Mike: An ex-chef with a range of skills and experiences including a 6-week live-in permaculture farm internship, labouring/landscaping. I’ve done two previous one-month long Workaway stints in Vietnam, teaching English in Hanoi and Saigon. Countless volunteering for festivals in a range of roles and have experience babysitting young children. Also, a professional musician, I’m eager to bring creativity, culture exchange and joy to any environment we join!

Jazz: A hands-on problem solver with an ability for tackling both mechanical and IT challenges as well as solid cooking and cleaning skills. I am an ex-professional Irish dancer and have now been in the IT field for years, also an avid gardener with landscaping experience, I love taking on challenges and am extremely organised and thorough. Whether it's fixing tech issues, fixing up a garden, teaching English or assisting with household tasks.

As a Couple:

Together, we are a physically fit, sociable and respectful duo who love cultural experiences and travelling. We love meeting new people and are always ready to lend a hand with a variety of tasks. Communication and creativity are important to us, and we’re flexible with our work schedules. We’re eager to learn, share our skills, and contribute to a positive atmosphere for our hosts and fellow travellers.
