Hello everyone, my name is Maxime ! I've decided to finally jump in the adventure of Workaway. I always loved travel in my life but something was missing in those trips and it's being close to the people and take time to learn the culture around me. My goal is to spread good vibes around me, make new friends, making difference to people in a good way. I think, the main reason we are on earth to help each other and make community projects so that we go foward for everyone. I'm looking foward to meet you guys ! :)

Que habilidades tienes?

I've done a lot of different things in my life. I take care of my house, gardening, painting, cleaning of course. I'm proud of what a did to my house through the years. I did bigger projects when we moved, like sanding floor and oil it after. I did it by myself and took time to do it right :) I love to work with wood.

I was working for 11 years in a cheese factory. I was a cheesemaker, so i was doing all types of cheeses and all the process around it through the years i've been there. I've learn it from zero from them and it worked for a good part of my life. Loved my teamates and we were always there to support ourself.

I've work in sales too, i got my diploma. i know how to present myself and i have a good listen to get what the costumer is looking for exactly. I'm very concisous about the service that i do. I always do my best. I enjoy the good feedback from them just because i know i did my job right and that's the most important for me.

I've done kitchen aid in a restaurant, under supervision of a cook, did breakfast most of the time and it when well. i was doing my thing and learn quickness and good method of work. i've enjoy the rush when we were really on point.

Younger, I got my diploma in autobody repair. Worked in that, about a year, learn technical work of repair, preperation and painting.

I've done some volunteering work : meal preparation and serving. Coaching kids to baseball, drills to pratice it and finally games

Integrity. humilty, respect and always open to be better and learn from experiences, that's everything to me in what i do.
