Hello! I'm Mason, I'm a travelling musician exploring, learning and meeting like minded people in this beautiful part of the world. After my graduation in 2021 I worked on many projects, from large scale food distribution and community work, to building independent analogue music studios before I began my nomadic lifestyle. Since then we've hitchhiked around the UK, Europe, Morocco, The Canary Islands & Brasil learning from locals, playing music, camping and cooking with fire.

Music is very important to me. I have been playing in the street to fund my travel for a year now, and I'm passionate about becoming a better musician. Most of my experience has been with a travelling band, so recently I am working very hard to develop my skills as a solo street musician. Learning, teaching, and jamming are a big part of my day to day.

Now, I have been travelling for over 2 years and quite recently came to the end of my 6 month Brasilian visa. I fell in love with this country and feel very lucky to have seen so much! We hitched from Para to Paraná, Paraná to Florianopolis (and back) and Sao Paulo to Rio, Rio to Minas (and back!)- playing music the whole way, meeting many wonderful people and seeing the incredible natural beauty of this country.

While life on the road is a great passion of mine, now more than ever I hope to find projects where I can develop my natural building, gardening, animal care and cooking skills somewhere in nature for some time to build up the strength for future adventures and strengthen my musicianship for more jams in the street!

- musicianship! advanced guitar and bass guitar, basic piano and drums

Other than music, my other primary hobby is reading and writing. I mostly write about our travel - but i am interested in a broad variety of fiction and non-fiction.

With the current state of the world I feel a great need to advance my building, gardening, plumbing, electrical and community building skills - I will jump at any opportunity to do this!

Spending time in nature is incredibly important to me, I enjoy hiking, swimming, climbing, exploring natural environments and learning about the complexities of our natural world.

Talking about politics, the world and being a human is all extremely interesting to me! I am very open minded and love learning about other people's perspectives and ways of life.
