I have spent the past 40 years as a caregiver and am hoping to use the next year to discover who I am and what I love.
I have been fortunate to come from a large family and really enjoy company and conversation.
I hope to see a little bit of the world through workaway.
Travel and good food are motivating factors. I hope to be of help and leave a good impression.
I'm originally from Los Angeles California and moved to the Pacific Northwest near Seattle many years ago.
I'm the 10th of 11 children and enjoy hiking and nature. The Pacific Northwest is a truly beautiful area of the earth and I'm looking forward to seeing more of the planet.

I have owned my own catering company. I have a passion for policy work and improving the world through good policy.
I can cook, clean and paint.
I have three children (all grown) and am a trained Montessori teacher.
I love animals and have cared for many over the years. (Dogs and cats mostly!)
I'm reliable, dependable and a hard worker.
I'm not young in years, but young at heart.
I speak fluent English and a little ASL (American Sign Language).
I took care of my disabled son for 40 years and navigated all the systems that come with that.

I love to read and understand different cultures. I enjoy card games and board games. I like "Go" but haven't played in years.
I enjoy photography and have a degree in documentary film.
I mostly like people! I want to explore and experience what our wonderful world has to offer and hope I can return some meaningful work in exchange!
