Hi, I'm Manuel. I'm currently studying French and Music in Saarbrücken, Germany, to become a teacher. Music and languages are my passions, I play the guitar and piano and enjoy singing. Arabic is my biggest language-learning project alongside my studies in French. I also love being in nature and traveling.
I just signed up for Workaway for my trip to Jordan in March and hope to find a host for around two weeks. I really like the idea of working with locals and getting to know the language, the people and their culture through that, so I'm looking forward to my first Workaway experience.

As I am currently studying to become a teacher in French and music, I have experience in tutoring French and teaching private guitar lessons as well as group lessons for children. Classical singing is another area I have recently started teaching.

Hands-on work is something I enjoy. I have participated in many outdoor camps where I learned skills such as making fire, sharpening knives and wood carving. In everyday life, I bike a lot and have learned to handle most repairs myself.

My knowledge of gardening and cooking is basic, but I am looking forward to learn more.

I am very curious and pay attention to detail. I love learning new things and trying to do them well.
