Bachelor's degree in set design and then 1st level Master in Business Management for the artistic - cultural, touristic and territorial resources, my professional path is always been focused on communication and valorisation of artistic messages and cultural situations.

Thanks to years of volunteering with Operazione Mato Grosso I have gained practical skills in painting, maintenance, and gardening.

I have experience with children and the elderly. For years I was an assistant in a dance school and an entertainer.

Laurea triennale in Scenografia e poi Master di I livello in Gestione delle risorse artistico - culturali, turistiche e territoriali, il mio percorso professionale è sempre stato incentrato sulla comunicazione e valorizzazione dei messaggi artistici e delle situazioni culturali.

Grazie ad anni di volontariato con Operazione Mato Grosso ho acquisito competenze pratiche in tinteggiatura, manutenzione genrale e giardinaggio.

Ho esperienza con bambini e anziani. Ho fatto per anni l'asssitente in una scuola di danza e l'animatrice.

The workaway experience with Maddalena was very positive, so I personally recommend this girl from northern Italy, because she is very good and willing.
Maddalena helped me a lot with sorting out the branches that were left on the ground after pruning over the last few months, and was extremely diligent, getting up very early every morning, in… read more total autonomy, and having a leisurely breakfast. Then she was working two or three hours in the morning during the cooler hours in the garden, and then two or three hours in the afternoon, when during the warmer hours she helped me a lot with the work on the terrace, in the shade, especially with the work of sewing the fabrics to cover the outdoor chairs and also the outdoor sofa.
Maddalena is a very intelligent girl and it was very nice to be able to share not only moments of dialogue and conversation on many topics, but also moments when each of us would read our own book, perhaps on the terrace, during the hottest hours.
I was also very happy that one day we were able to go to the seaside together, so we spent a different afternoon and went swimming in the sea, and it was a nice coincidence because on that very day some family members came to visit me, in particular my brother and my two nieces, so it was nice to spend some time together, and to combine family fun with workaway fun!
My opinion of Maddalena is therefore very good, and I recommend this workawayer to all those who are looking for a very responsible person, who loves both working in nature and is very good at sewing, embroidery, and she is very organised and intelligent, she learns things quickly and is very good at working independently, qualities that I appreciate very much.
Maddalena is also a very reserved person, so she is never a nuisance in the house, she is always very helpful, and she only speaks when necessary, so she is a very polite and pleasant presence in the house, she is never burdensome and is always helpful.
In addition, she is unpretentious and very well-intentioned, so much so that several times she has worked even longer hours than expected, out of personal passion, especially in sewing. I am very happy that she allowed herself the day off to go to Punta Ala and have a totally relaxing day by the sea, on the beach, quietly.
Thank you for everything dear Maddalena, I hope you can come back one day to see the progress that is being made on this farm. I thank you both for the help you gave me with the branches and for your skill and passion in sewing, which I will not forget. Thank you for sharing these very special days with me, and for helping me despite the heat of this summer. I'll be waiting for you when you want to come back, thanks again!
