Hello Everyone,

I am happy and ready to be a part of the workaway community:)
My name is Leshawn and I am a 26 y/o happy Solo-Traveller. Through Workaway I had the chance to travel to Hawaii for a few months and it’s been one of the most beautiful experiences in my Life. Mahalo to all the good people out there that made this experience possible and a good memory!
I want to take this chance to get involved in and have an exchange with different Cultures, in order to learn new things, new skills and languages.

I finished my bachelor degree 2022 in Biological science in Germany. I have felt this drive exploring the World after graduation and the best time is now to do it :)

What currently motivates me to do a workaway?
-> My personal interest in visiting countries outside of Europe.
-> I am also interested in learning more about other languages
-> Personal Growth and learning more about myself
-> Being able to help others and having a positive social impact
-> live long learning
-> making Friends all over the world!
-> making priceless memories
-> making dreams turn into reality

I am an openminded and nature-loving person, that loves spending time outdoors as well as spectating and learning from mother nature. I also enjoy learning new things from people. I am curious about the relationships between people and nature from all over the world.

In my freetime I am also a passionate fisherman, so spending time at the water brings me a lot of joy.

I think workaway can be a great and fair tool for hosts and travellers to help eachother out.
I am looking forward to more positive experiences, projects and meeting new people:)

- experience in planting, weeding, harvesting and caring for plants and some knowledge about fungi (from my own garden and basic knowledge around this topic I researched)
-Fishing :D
-Able to work with computers
-Caring of Animals ( I am generally good with animals and I like them :) )
-playing Basketball
- good at immersing in a new environment

I am a fan of good board games from time to time (a classic like chess or something else).
