Hi Guys
My name is Luregn I am 30 years old
I grew up in Switzerland and have an eduaction as butcher. Before this I was working in a bureau with ingenieurs for ventilation construction. But I was always intrested in food and cooking. I wantet to learn everything about food, starting from the nature and how it comes on the table. Quality and respect for plants and animals are very important to me- So the butcher education was very good form me and I could make a lot of experiences in the food buissnes since then. I life near the city Zuerich where I work and we also have a cottage in the mountains, where I spent most of my free time. There I have a big garden where I grew different vegtables and plants from potaos to blueberrys. When I have the time I go fishing or go on a mushroom foray. It makes me happy to cook with products I plantet or colected myself.Intereses

I was always intrested in food and value creation of products. In our families house in the mountains we grew different kinds of plants and produce and conserve food. In our freetime we go hunting and I also like to go fishing as often as I can. I have an educations as butcher and have worked in different shops to make useful experiences- The respect for the animals and to make the best out of every piece is very important to me. To learn more about the food processing I also worked in a kitchen in the city.

I make a one-year-break of my life here in Switzerland to see more of the world, new cultures, to meet new people and to work in different places. I am happy to help as good as I can and hope that there are also possibilities to go hunting and fishing. My friends say that I have a good humor and that I am helpful.
