For me, travel is a way of life! It's about encountering the diversity of human beings by experiencing other cultures, climates, colors, smells, flavors... it's about being enriched by moments that leave a deep impression on us. I've traveled quite a bit already, but there are so many beautiful things to discover, so many people to meet, and as I work online, I've also lived in several different countries last few years. My daughter is now at university, so I've chosen to become a digital nomad and make travel my daily routine. I started in Canada, and after spending a few months in Quebec, I'd like to continue my trip to the USA by taking part in a workaway project for 3 months to immerse myself in language and improve my English.

I have worked in many fields, from journalism to massage, including child education in alternative schools (Steiner-Waldorf), manage social networks and provide online training, therapeutic coaching, art therapy, nutrition, healthy and raw cooking, detox and organization of wellness retreats, ayurveda and yoga, energy treatments... Very curious, I've also done a lot of hobbies, handycraft and painting, pet-sitting, renovation and construction work... I love to immerse myself in nature, and have a deep love of forests, but also for the sea and mountains. I love horse-riding, feeling that complicity with the horse until it becomes one harmonious movement.

I'm a therapist and I help people, in groups or individually, to change direction in their professional lives or health. My tools: ayurveda, yoga, meditation, naturopathy, energetic and raw food diets, Waldorf-Steiner art therapy, energy reading and healing, essential oils, massage and conscious sexuality...

I like to lose myself in nature and I also like to get through the hustle and bustle of a city; I like to plunge into silence as if in a beautiful conversation where everyone shares their inner wealth; I like painting (watercolour, Hauschka) and drawing, working with wool (felted, quilted), DIY and renovating houses, gardening...
I love cooking and introducing people to ultra-healthy but very gourmet cuisine, which is good for the heart and soul. I love taking care of myself ✨

I love walking, swimming, dancing, skiing, rollerskating, paddling, cycling... but I hate running 😁

I have a master's degree in journalism and communication, but I've done all sorts of jobs in my life (catering/hotel industry, journalism, European Commission, massage, therapeutic fasting coaching, communication management and advertising campaigns, sales, kindergarten teacher, secretarial and accounting, trainer, teacher...) and I'm still training and trying out other professional activities; I'm curious and love learning new things.

My mother tongue is French, which I teach as a foreign language; I have a good level of English, which has often been my working language; and an average level of Spanish, having lived in Spain for 3 years.
