Hello, my name is Joshua!

I am a caring, compassionate, adventurous, open minded being who enjoys being a student of life and exploring my inner world as much as the outer world. I love to laugh, and I have a dry, witty sense of humor. I love new experiences and deep, connective, soulful conversation.

I love many forms of movement, some of my favorites being contact improv, animal flow/calisthenics, and ecstatic dance.

Over the past 7 years, I have worked as a holistic personal trainer, lifestyle and embodiment coach, and group/men's work facilitator.

As of the beginning of 2024, I have evolved my online business offering into what I call somatic life coaching. I help facilitate spaces where clients can release stress and limiting beliefs, step into their authenticity, and start living with more purpose and pleasure. I utilize my diverse skills in trauma informed embodiment practices and processes, non-violent communication and authentic relating, reflective and active listening, parts work, role play, and good ole' fashioned LOVE.

As of June 2023, I sold most of my belongings to travel the world as a nomad. Asheville, North Carolina was my home for 6 years, and I deeply loved and valued the rich community there and was so grateful for the meaningful connections I got to experience with people from all over the world who moved here. I was lucky enough to get to explore all of the vast and diverse spiritual, relational, emotional, and expressive modalities of the area.

While I value things like discipline, cleanliness, and wellness, I have a deeply fun and adventurous flowing part of my personality that loves to get silly and celebrate life.

I'm passionate about traveling the world, volunteering, community, off grid living, healing work, spirituality, plant medicine, regenerative and organic food, nature connection, cultural immersion, and all around personal growth and development that can support collective growth and development.

I am certified in multiple holistic diet, lifestyle, movement, and trauma informed embodiment modalities. I have taken several workshops and been in several immersion programs focused on Non-Violent Communication and group space holding processes.

I have the capacity to hold space for individuals and groups, focusing on healing through curiosity, mindfulness, presence, and compassion.

I have co-facilitated workshops and men's circles.

I am in great physical shape and enjoy manual labor as well.
