Hello!!

I am an Australian happy go lucky chick on a way ticket adventure to Europe. I have studied and worked as a Registered Nurse for several years in the sunny Gold Coast, Australia. However, after travelling parts of Europe in 2023 with my best friend, I caught the travel bug and this time we both decided to backpack and put our careers on hold.

I grew up in a small country town in Australia and have a passion for the outdoor lifestyle. I have a very easy going nature and love to immerse myself into anything thrown my way. I also love to watch and participate in all kinds of sport, I have played many throughout childhood to now including: Soccer, futsal, touch football, oztag, AFL, volleyball and netball. I should also mention.. I'm a massive foodie (especially the sweet kind), I not only love to eat the food but also cook it. In my down time away from these activities I thoroughly enjoy, arts and crafts, reading, gardening, camping and exercising.

I am now over 12 months into my travels around Europe and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I have been fortunate enough to work in Greece for summer and Austria for winter, whilst also completing an array of different workaway opportunities in between. Some of the workaway experiences have been by far the best memories I have made in my time over here and I genuinely can't wait to experience many more.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing which has given me the opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in several hospitals/facilities across Australia. Many skills that I have gained has given me a plethora of clinical skills to being able to nurture those at there most vulnerable time.

Outside of my career at home, I love the outdoors and grew up helping my father with all kinds of work and therefore have skills in hands on work whether it be farming, gardening or general maintenance work. I have also since volunteered on farms and renovation work in Europe.
