Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. If you received my application, you can be sure that I felt drawn to your place from my heart🧡
I am going to start my long-term journey in South East Asia, with my heart country as to begin with: India. I love India and all South east Asia, as I lived and travelled in this part of the world for the past ten years. For me, as a yoga teacher, India had and will always have a very important part in who I am now.
So here's a little bit of myself:
🌍After three years back in my home country, Italy, I felt the call to embark on a new journey. I plan to learn about culinary, co-living, yoga nature, culture, and much more!
Here in Italy, I have been teaching yoga in Italy in different Yoga schools and organizing workshops in Europe about Yoga and philosophies.
🌳I have been living in a co-living space and I find this reality suits my energy and I enjoy living sustainably. I love to be in communal spaces and share different ideas, skills, and knowledge.
♻️I enjoy being creative and learning new skills in reusing materials for creative decoration. I love to be in contact with nature, and many times I lived off-grids or ashrams where I discovered the meaning of simplicity and surrender.
🍃I am not in a hurry, so I would like to find communities or projects where I can truly contribute and feel part of it. I like to get to know people and establish a truthful connection. I don’t have any set plans or even set destinations.
🪷I believe in nourishing one's internal world to share it with the outside world. I believe that learning is a living process, so I like to come to a place with fresh eyes and not with accumulated knowledge. What we learn in this life can be a burden or a gift to this planet: it all depends on our ability to perceive reality as an ever-ongoing changing process.

🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️Deep knowledge of Yoga and meditation. I have experience in teaching and guiding Yoga and meditation classes in English and Italian.
and in helping to organize and coordinate tours and external activities.
🌻I love to work outside with nature: permaculture it’s what I’ve been into these past few years, gaining different experiences across communities ( still a lot to learn for sure!)
🐕My passion for any kind of animals brought me to live in animal rescue shelters many times. Mainly when I was in India where I lived in dog recue homes. It's been a beautiful and unique experience.
👯I work and volunteer many times in hostels as a receptionists, feeling welcomed is a very beautiful and important feeling :)
💚I consider one of my highest qualities to be enthusiasm for being part of projects and getting to know the vision.

🦋In my travels I have done a lot of different things: restoration projects to renew parts of the property, gardening, hands on the soil ( planting, seeding), carpentry small projects, weeding, clearing out spaces, decoration, planting, harvesting, and especially cooking (it's where I feel I can give the best of me ;)) I value a lot a place that gives importance to communication so that the energy can flow efficiently.

In my previous workawayers I always enjoyed giving Yoga classes, meditation guidance, and cooking as energy exchange. I love to get to know the culture of the places and countries where I move to and learn the language. I am a very open-minded person who is not looking for comfort but authenticity of the place and people.
This journey in South America- Central America is for me to find a way of living life outside the box. Therefore I would love to explore a different kind of lifestyle altogether.
I am very interested to learn about plant medicines and the history of rituals.
