Hi! I'm a special education teacher living in Hamburg, Northern Germany.
I am a very calm, kind and open-minded person and loved travelling around the UK in autumn and winter to improve my English skills as well as beautiful landscapes and great people and British pubs. I finished my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Special Education and English and am currently finishing my teacher training (18 months of further education and practice required in Germany to become a teacher), where I worked in both a Sepcial Education School and an inclusive school here in Hamburg.
During my studies, I worked in different social/educational fields (babysitting, daycare for refugee children, private teaching, accompaanying holiday trips). Further, I had two student assistant jobs at university.
I've also worked in a café for almost one year, where I learned to be well organised and flexible even in stressful situations and enjoyed chatting with local and international customers.
I grew up with a garden and have my own little plants on the balcony, so I have some basic gardening skills and am eager to learn more in this area.
