I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ines, I am 26 years old, and I have been practicing yoga for 3 years. I recently completed my yoga teacher training and have been in India for several months to deepen my practice and teaching skills.

Over the past 8 months, I had the opportunity to work in a yoga center Island Yoga (Koh Yao Noi) as a head chef, where I became fully immersed in a well-being environment. During this time, I was also able to teach several yoga classes, gaining valuable experience in guiding students with a compassionate and professional approach.

Currently, I am looking for a warm, welcoming, and disciplined place where I can apply everything I have learned while continuing to grow as a yoga teacher. I am eager to share my knowledge of yoga and also absorb new techniques and practices.

I will be available starting December, and I would be delighted to discuss the possibility of collaborating with your team.

I have been a yoga teacher for 1 year and a chef for 10 years. I already had a long experience last season in a yoga retreat in Thailand. Where I was able to practice my profession as a chef and give yoga classes. I have a very outgoing personality and am not afraid of challenges. I love being part of a community and evolving with it. I have already worked in several countries with different cultures and managed to adapt to people.
