Hi everyone! My name is Gustav and I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
I worked for 15 years in the corporate world, operating in Marketing, finance, and Planning for major companies, among which I highlight L'Oréal (the largest beauty company in the world) and Mercado Libre (the largest marketplace in Latin America).
I consider myself a natural backpacker and an experienced traveler. I always seek to stay in hostels because I find the atmosphere simply amazing and an important part of the journey. At the age of 23, I did an exchange program in Spain and was able to backpack through Europe. After that, I took solo and accompanied vacation trips through the Americas whenever was possible.
As a for my hobbys, I love music (play bass and guitar) , photography ( I consider myself an intermediate photographer, but I have already done some photo shoots for NGOs, choirs, and theater groups) and yoga.

As I said before, I worked for 15 years in the corporate world, operating in Marketing, finance, and Planning for major companies, among which I highlight L'Oréal (the largest beauty company in the world) and Mercado Libre (the largest marketplace in Latin America). In both, I used English and Spanish on a daily basis. I am proficient in handling spreadsheets, general systems, but also in managing people with diverse personalities, as I held leadership positions with up to 8 individuals reporting to me in the team.
I'm also learning how to make some drinks and coffee so I can be able to volunteer not only on front desks but also at the bar as well, but that's on progress.

I have always loved music, and I'm also very nerd when it comes to movies and games. I like going outside and enjoy the nature and I love practicing sports in general.
