I'm Giulia, 35 ys old, from Italy. In a time of changes in my life, not satisfied with the hectic pace and constant dissatisfaction of Western life, I decided to explore new ways of living. As part of my personal growth journey, I chose to step away from what has become familiar and comfortable, to discover all that is out there that the world has to offer. I am interested in immersing myself in communities and places, and could contribute as a chef, as I have some experience in this area. I love creative arts and have also worked in the marketing sector and for sustainability projects. I am inclined towards an approach that involves direct contact with nature and the earth, its cultivation, and care. I practice yoga and mindfulness meditation, and I am eager to deepen my knowledge and commitment to Buddhist practice and teaching.
