I'm Charlotte, a psychology student from Germany. I have almost completed my Bachelor's degree and I am now planning to spent a gap year full of travelling and workaways and I am looking forward to many new adventures, meeting inspiring people, working, traveling, and spending time in nature. I would describe myself as an open-minded, curious, and respectful person who loves to travel, get to know new people and cultures.
I really enjoy taking care of and teaching children. Moreover, I love to work with animals (especially dogs), take care of all kinds of plants and vegetables, and engage in farm work. I also used to work in the service in several cafés for many years and volunteered in a hotel for a while. What I enjoyed the most during these jobs was communicating and interacting with the customers. While these are the fields where I already have some knowledge and that I enjoy doing, I am very happy and open to learn all kinds of new skills! Of course, I am also looking forward to meeting many nice people to spend some time with :-)

Que habilidades tienes?

After finishing highschool, I have already spent five months working in a mountain lodge / farm in Chile. I have worked as service worker in several places (in a restaurant, hotel, cafe), thus I am familiar to kitchen/household work and dealing with customers. Moreover, I have already worked as a babysitter, teacher, and tutor and I love to work with children. I also have experience in working with animals (Dogs, Horses, Alpacas, Lamas, Ducks, Goats - you name it ;-) ) and helping out on a farm (working in the garden or stable, fixing fences, digging out trenches etc.). I have my own dog, so I'm familiar with training dogs. All in all, I'm flexible and curious and like to learn new things and have a "hands on"-mentality :-)
