Hey there, my name is Catharina :)

Currently I live in Germany in a small 7 people house community. I work part time as a chef in a small family owned café. I recently started stepping into creating my business, sharing my gifts with my local community. Which is all about yoga, meditation, movement, health and well-being.
In 2020 I came back from 3 years of travelling. During that time I've learned a lot about myself, other people, cultures and life in general! Often times I say that those 3 years was my university (of life). And I have grown a lot in that time, which I am incredibly grateful for.

I am loving the outdoors, the forest and the ocean are my safe places, that's where I feel most myself.
Music lifts me up, gets me dancing, turns on my creative energy. Around the campfire, my tribe, good vibes I love to sing and play my uke (or the guitar). Ecstatic dance, or any movement my body feels like I love to express, sometimes more fitness, other times yoga.
When I find a good book I can be such a reading rat (saying in german when you spend hours nonstop reading). Currently reading "Playing Big" by Tara Mohr, highly recommended!
My current mission is to live my dream with full awareness, letting Divine Consciousness come through me and at the same time be in service for the planet, help people remember their purpose and passion.

After travelling around the world for three years, my english skills have become quite advanced. Therefore I am happy to help others with speaking english. I would love to get better at speaking spanish. I used to speak quite a bit many years ago in school. Unfortunately I have forgotten a lot. So I would highly appreciate getting back into it. And my mother tongue is german, in case anyone would like to learn, I am happy to teach some :)

I teach Yoga and meditation. I love hosting embodiment classes. I do Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki, have lots of experience in the kitchen, some basic gardenwork, childcare, petcare. I'm eager to learn new things and learn quite fast, too. I can be a perfectionist and love doing things properly. I really enjoy organising but also working outside!

I love doing and teaching yoga. I love singing while playing my guitar or ukulele, especially mantras or songs that I have written myself. I like playing card games. I love being in nature, the forest, river or ocean. I like running and dancing! :)
