Bonjour !
Je m'appelle Carmen, une fille pleine d’énergie, curieuse et toujours prête à aider. J’adore la nature, la mer, la musique, lire, voyager, découvrir de nouvelles cultures et rencontrer des gens. J’aime les conversations profondes, rire, apprendre et surtout vivre des expériences nouvelles et humaines.
Je parle espagnol et anglais couramment, et j’apprends le français avec beaucoup de motivation et d’envie de progresser. Je suis très polyvalente et toujours partante pour donner un coup de main là où on a besoin de moi. Participer à un projet de volontariat est pour moi une grande opportunité de grandir, partager et contribuer avec tout mon cœur !

My name is Carmen, and I’m a lively, curious girl who’s always ready to help. I love nature, the sea, music, reading, traveling, discovering new cultures, and meeting new people. I truly enjoy deep conversations, laughing, learning, and above all, living new and meaningful experiences.
I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I’m currently learning French with lots of motivation and excitement. I’m very versatile and always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. Taking part in a volunteer project is a beautiful opportunity for me to grow, share, and give the best of myself!

Je suis une personne très sociable, ouverte et toujours avec le sourire. J’adore parler avec les gens et créer une bonne ambiance autour de moi. Je parle espagnol et anglais couramment, et je suis en train d’apprendre le français avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme.
J’ai de l’expérience dans le bénévolat : je participe chaque semaine à un volontariat avec des personnes âgées en organisant des jeux de bingo, ce qui m’a permis de développer ma patience, mon écoute et ma capacité à animer des activités.
Depuis petite, j’ai toujours aidé mes grands-parents à la maison : je donne un coup de main en cuisine, dans le jardin, et je suis très à l’aise avec les tâches du quotidien. En plus, le sport a toujours été une grande partie de ma vie : j’ai fait du basket, du ski, de la course à pied et maintenant du pilates. Cela m’a appris à travailler en équipe, à avoir de la discipline et à garder une bonne énergie !

I have experience in volunteering: every week I help in a bingo activity for elderly people, which has helped me develop patience, empathy, and the ability to lead group activities with joy.
Since I was a child, I’ve always helped my grandparents at home — both in the kitchen and the garden — so I feel comfortable with everyday tasks. Sports have also always played an important role in my life: I’ve practiced basketball, skiing, running, and now pilates. Thanks to this, I’ve learned teamwork, discipline, and how to keep a positive spirit!
