Heyoo, hope you are well!
A little about me.. I am originally from the Forest of Dean in England, but am currently living in Cardiff, Wales, working as a support worker for refugees and asylum seekers as well as a freelance art and wellbeing facilitator.
I love many things in this life especially being immersed in nature ....also flowing conversations, creating and absorbing visual arts, writing poetry, music, dancing, surfing, exploring, meeting new people...! I am very open minded, friendly and easy going but also a conscientious worker. At the moment I am particularly interested to learn about sustainable living and to improve my Spanish.

Over the years through working and volunteering have had experience here and there in various things including basic construction, cafe work, bar tending, farm work, babysitting, elderly care, care and support for children and adults with disabilities, english teaching, support work for refugees and asylum seekers.
I recently graduated from a university course in Creative and Therapeutic Arts and have been a freelance facilitator since so have skills in arts and wellbeing facilitation as well as my own arts practices.
A few years ago I worked in a farm shop/cafe preparing various foods and love to cook at home so would be happy to help with food preparation!
Can understand and speak a bit of Spanish but would love to improve!
Happy to get my hands dirty and am keen to learn new things and help out wherever I can!
