Hello friends! We Bernd and Larissa, currently both 19 years old, decided to travel and are currently planning our trip, which will start in Australia in November 2024 and end in New Zealand at the end of June 2025.

We are a couple who have been together for over a year, but have known each other since we were teenagers and are planning a break together before we start university.

About us:
Bernd is a real all-rounder. He trained as an electronics technician before completing his A-levels and can help out anywhere, whether it's chopping wood, gardening or doing any manual work around the house. He is a welcome guest when moving house, but also really enjoys spending time with children. He can also cook and is very sociable. Of course he has his driving licence, loves hiking, nature and sport, speaks good English, is funny, spreads good humour, is reliable and punctual, a real sunshine and would like to study electrical engineering after his break.

Larissa complements Bernd and does the rest. This may sound a bit clichéd, but she loves cooking, taking care of the household, decorating and spending time with children. Languages are her passion, which is why she trained as a foreign language correspondent in English and French after graduating from grammar school. She has dreamed of becoming a teacher since she was a child. For her, this profession means much more than just passing on knowledge. It's about inspiring young people, supporting them and giving them values for life. She is uncomplicated and sociable, loves nature, hiking and peace and quiet, enjoys reading and is a real fun-loving person.

Watching the sunset is a small but significant moment of happiness in our lives. There is nothing more calming and beautiful than ending the day with a breathtaking play of colours in the sky.

Our aim when travelling is to experience all the joys of life: beautiful landscapes, fascinating cultures, new adventures, deep conversations and inspiring people. Above all, we want to have no regrets when we look back on our younger years together!

We have grown up with respect, loyalty and joy in life, so you can expect commitment, lots of help and friendship from us! We are looking forward to meeting you:)

What help you can look forward to and how we can support you:

Bernd is an electronics technician by trade and is generally a handyman, whether in the house or garden, moving house or putting together furniture. He is open-minded, loves company and children, looks after your loved ones, cooks, plays football and runs around with them. He is characterised by a sense of responsibility and reliability, coupled with a good mood and a great sense of humour.


Larissa, takes care of the household, cooks and is good at cleaning, decorating and tidying, she is a little organisational talent and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. For your children she is the best nanny, loves to pass on knowledge, is a foreign language correspondent in English and French, so homework is no problem. She loves nature and hiking and is also happy to be your babysitter.
