Hello everyone, I've worked as a chef in different restaurants ( of different kind ) the last 6 years, I've also worked few months in an organic vegetable farm during COVID.
Now, i would like to live another experience off the grid, as I already did in 2017 for two months.
I like resting place in nature, I'm sporty, I do thaï boxing, and I try to constantly work on my mind by leaving new experiences, reading, thinking, ect...

I'm in good shape physically, and I plan to stay like this ahah.
I'm a chef since 2018, I've worked in 5 restaurants. ( I did an apprenticeship of 1 year, then commis, then chef de partie or second chef, depending of the kitchen ).
I also made a dozen of video clip for musicians since 2020.
