Resigned from my long time position in IT to explore a life outside of the digital world.
I enjoy playing Go(Weiqi/Baduk), Karaoke, Motorbike trips, tending the garden and taking care of my chickens.

Learning and exploring new things are what motivates me and brings me joy.

I'm planning on traveling around Europe on my motorbike while doing Workaway projects and just see where I go and end up. So preferably no longer than 1 month for each project, unless I'm really keen on staying longer.

I can help in teaching English to beginners as I can teach as I learned: the fun and creative way. Teaching Dutch is probably too complicated for me, even though it's my native language. (Yes, Dutch is complicated to teach in my opinion) I tried studying Japanese, but mostly use it verbally. Gave up the course after getting my N1 since Kanji is quite a hurdle to overcome. I am interested in learning gradually though.

Great experience in troubleshooting with computers (Windows & Linux).

I'm a native Dutch speaker, but I mostly communicate in English on a daily basis.

Own a small house in Belgium where I try to do renovations casually and tend the garden.
I have some basic knowledge on gardening and farming. But I'd love to learn more!

Usually I'm the cook in the household of 2, self-taught, so it's not always the greatest success, but everything is a learning experience and neither of us starved so far ;)

Learned some sewing skills from my grandma that I somethimes use to fix clothes, make alterations or even make whole costumes on the rare occassion. Creative at heart so I'll look for out-of-the-box ways to get my projects to completion.
