Hi! I am Anastasia. My motive in life is to participate in activities and initiatives that have a social or environmental impact in the local community. My vision is to build teams and communities, where people have the chance to gather, discuss, network, cooperate and be creative along with others, discover and express themselves, feel included and estimated, be empowered, educated and feel active members of the society. Wherever near nature I feel safe, calm and alive.

I live and work in Athens, in the field of Civil Society. I have studied international relations and have been volunteering since I was 19 years old (I am 25 at the moment), mostly by being a member of voluntary groups and organisations with social and environmental impact. I have recently completed an educational program that focused on how to become an adult trainer based on informal/experiential learning.

In general I would say that throughout these years I have gained experience in organising events and activities, coordinating projects and I have recently started exploring intensively the way to create teams and build communities.

I also grew up in the suburbs of Athens, where my family maintened a small farm (chickens, goats and rabbits) and gardens, where we cultivate our own vegetables and fruits. Therefore, I am a bit familiar with farming and gardening.

I love spending some quality time with myself through meditation, reading books and taking walks in the nature. I also love meeting people, hearing stories, exchanging ideas and exploring anything that a place can offer (nature, tradition, culture, monuments, discussion with locals, etc.).
