Basic skills:

🍀 Good at creating a connection with:

- Animals (also rescue, most experience with dogs and cats, some with horses)

- Great at cooking (both meat and vegetarian food), cleaning, organising and gardening

- Good and open communication, great emotional skills, lots of empathy and understanding, supporting and encouraging others!

🚗 Driver's license - 10 years of experience (Finland, the Netherlands, Spain, roadtrip through Germany and Switzerland). Clean record, confident and calm driver, both manual and automatic.

Languages:
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Very good understanding ok talking Dutch
> As a result I understand lots of Flemish, Afrikaans and some German
- Some (30-40%) understanding in Spanish and a bit of understanding in Swedish (learnt both more in the past so these are easy to "recover")
- Very fast in learning languages! (Learnt dutch in a couple of years without lessons/much effort)


Work experience and education:

Most work experience (and an university of applied sciences degree; Bachelor of Business Administration, specialized in sales management) from sales, marketing and customer service (both B2B and B2C). Being a part in and also managing projects about developing sales and marketing.

Some work experience in:

- Workaway experience 1.5months in a street cat rescue center in south Spain, caring for cats and kittens (also giving medication)
- Volunteering in a cat village (kattendorp) in the Netherlands; a sanctuary for ~ 200 rescue cats
- Personal assistant for people with long term illness
- Production of light decorations; installing lights, simple installing of electronic wires (timers) simple cutting and grinding of aluminium, developing ideas for products, storage organising
- Bartending
- Being a part of running a start-up business (doing all kinds of things)

I also have a degree for being an overseas tour guide, and I love to guide tours!
I got other experience from guiding groups; managing many projects during my studies and some in previous jobs.

Personal experience:

Long experience and deep understanding about:
- The impact and healing of different traumas and depression (familiar with art therapy, also guided it successfully few times to others as well)
- Developing emotional skills (feeling, releasing and processing emotions, communication)

- Excellent in asking questions which help to find answers and solutions! These are great for finding self, creative solutions for everything, and creating new beliefs > better working ways of behaviour

Lots of traveling experience: Lived 3 years in the Netherlands, 2 months studying in Spain, 1.5 months workaway experience in Spain, 1 month Interrail through Europe, roadtrip from the Netherlands to Italy and back, have visited a lot of countries in Europe (love to see more!)

Experience with children from different ages, I like to have fun and connect with children, also making sure they are well cared for comes naturally for me.

Some experience in DIY projects like:
- Painting and wall-paper
- Helping with small renovations
- I love to learn new skills in creating things, also building and renovating!

Experience from functioning well and taking care of others in emergency situations (also abroad)

Experience from living in a rural area very simple conditions in the Finnish nature (heating with fire, sometimes no warm water, shower or a working toilet)

Experience from creating content for different purposes, I'm a good writer got a good visual eye for photos and videos (for ex. Marketing use), also experience from using an online program for building marketing materials.

I've danced my whole life (around 20 different styles) so I can also teach basics for some dances:

- Ballroom: Samba, cha cha, rumba, jive, waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, foxtrot, quickstep
(I've taught some for kids in the past and got a couple of short course certificates for that)
- Twerk
- Intuitive movement/dance

"Commercial" dance: Creating choreographs to different music styles and guiding learning these

I got a great sense of rhythm and I love to create music very creatively, using anything I can make a sound with, and I like a very wide range of different music genres!


I'm a "let's figure out and make it happen" kinda person, and love to try and learn new things!

Algo más...

I prefer peaceful nature, rural areas and small soulful villages over busy cities, even though sometimes it's nice to discover cities for a short time. I don't get drunk at all, alcohol isn't my thing in bigger amounts, but I do enjoy good tasting glass or 2 here and there (rarely). I don't judge other people for their choices of how they like to live 😊

I understand and appreciate everyone's:
- Freedom (to be express and choose, experience create the life they want)
- Needs and humanity: We are not machines, we are humans 🍀 This means we have all kinds of emotions, thoughts and needs that want to be expressed, understood and cared for 🫂
- Balance between social interactions and own time being active and resting

At the moment I have a part time remote job (sales and marketing) which takes some hours, but not much, in a week. This includes calling and video meetings and it can be done from anywhere and on the side of other work that might be needed at your place 😊 I only need working internet connection for it at your place 🙏
