  Workawayers will have many opportunities to connect with both our family and the local community. Social activities include spending time at the local kitesurf school, joining fishermen in their daily routines, and taking part in outdoor activities such as beach walks, swimming, and sunsets by the river. You will also have the chance to get to know the local fishing community and experience everyday life in a small coastal village.
  
  My mother, Valéria, is the owner of the guesthouse. She is Argentine and has been living in Brazil for over 20 years, with extensive experience in hospitality both independently and working with large hotels. She can share practical knowledge about running a small bed and breakfast, customer service, housekeeping, and hosting guests from different cultures. You will also learn about local traditions, coastal life, and the rhythm of a tourism-based community.
  
  By hosting people from different cultures, I hope to meet new people and learn more about the world through their experiences. Cultural exchange is very important to me, and I truly value learning about different perspectives, lifestyles, and traditions. Our guests come from all over the world. Especially Brazilians, Europeans, Argentinians, and Americans who visit Barra Nova for kitesurfing or leisure tourism , and we see hosting as a meaningful way to connect cultures and share experiences.

  We are a small, family-run bed and breakfast, and we mainly ask for help with preparing and cleaning the rooms, and taking care of the garden, painting , and helping with some daily house tasks .
  You don’t need to know how to do everything what matters most is a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Any help is truly appreciated.
  Depending on the tasks, you may carry them out on your own or together with other people, or with me directly.

  Alojamiento

  You will stay in a private room with a private bathroom. Most of the time you will stay alone, or possibly with one other person, and at most two people. The room is located inside our house, in the service area next to the kitchen. It is well arranged and comfortable.
  We just provide breakfast. Other meals are not included, but you are free to use the kitchen and all utensils whenever you like.
  Food and grocery shopping here are very affordable and inexpensive.
