My name is Renate and I am 82 years old. The house in which I live is 200 years older than I am! It is situated in a charming scenic area in Upper Austria and is very close to the Lower Bavarian border not far from Passau. It’s more or less 750 metres above sea level. Linz, the capital of Lower Austria is also not far away.
My hobbies are having guests around. I love them sharing my house and cooking with me but most of all I love the discussions we have with each other. My house has always been known as the middle point for communicating and relaxing and has become a spring of well-being for young and old.
As I am getting on in years I would appreciate a hand around the house as well as the garden. My library could also do with a facelift.
In the countryside there is a possibility of horse-riding, playing golf and tennis, swimming, hiking and cycling. Boat rides are possible on the Danube.
I am offering free bord and lodging as compensation for 4 to 5 hours of help around the house. I would prefer female non-smokers.

Ich heiße Renate und bin 82 Jahre alt. Mein Haus ist 200 Jahre älter als ich. Es liegt in reizvoller Landschaft in Oberösterreich, im Grenzgebiet zu Niederbayern in der Nähe von Passau, in 750 m Höhe. Linz ist gut zu erreichen. Ausflugsfahrten auf der Donau sind möglich.
Mein Hobby: ich habe gerne Gäste, die mit mir wohnen, leben, kochen, aber vor allem diskutieren. Das Haus ist bekannt als "Mittelpunkt" für Kommunikation und Entspannung, es ist eine Wohlfühloase für Jung und Alt.
Aufgrund meines Alters würde mir etwas Hilfe bei der Haus- und Gartenarbeit gut tun. Meine große Bibliothek würde eine systematische Ordnung begrüßen.
In romantischer Hügellandschaft kann man schwimmen, Rad fahren, wandern, Golf spielen, Tennis spielen und reiten.
Sprache deutsch und englisch.
Freie Kost und Logis bei Mithilfe von ca. 4 bis 5 Stunden täglich.
Bevorzugt: weibliche Nichtraucherinnen.
