Descripción
We are a small community in the making, close to the Slovakian boarder in Nograd County.
We would like to offer a place to people who would like to experience to live a simple life aligned with nature.
We live in a treasure box, far away from any town in the forrest.
The surrounding is truly kitchy and breathtaking, quiet and lush green. If you enjoy to be in nature, you will love this place...
If You want to learn about self sustaining, practices on how to live aligned with nature and collapsology then you will learn a lot.

We do enjoy talks around the evening camp fire and long walks at the breathtaking surrounding area

If you come in a wintertime you can do some sewing and maybe even learn about massage :)

We are a community of 2 residents and some temporary summer visitors. We prepare a living area in the forrest far from other small towns or neighbors.
We own a 10 hectares (100.000 m2) land with a small adobe house 🏠 at the side of a natural reserve area in Nograd County.
The building projects are from local organic materials or from recycled material, aligned with the surrounding.
The permaculture garden is our main food source and our shared meals are predominantly vegetarian. - help needed in the garden constantly.
We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 6 goats and a lot of place to relax and enjoy nature. - we feed them twice a day (sommer times we go out with the goats morning and evening) - its possible to help with them too.
At the moment is the main project is to renovate the house. We need help with constantly:
- cleaning, washing the dishes, cooking
- walking with the goats
- collecting and chopping wood
- renovating (painting walls and clay work)
....
There is so much to do.....i don't bother you with the details :) but from cooking to social media posts, trough cutting the grass and collecting herbs and fire wood.....any type could find something to enjoy....and of course art. You can paint or decorate as much as you like. There is an ongoing painting and plastering clay all through the summer....
We provide cold breakfasts and cooked food twice a day for helpers. Food and shelter included for work exchange. We offer vegan and vegetarian food. We dont serve meet but do not have a problem if someone eats it.

I am happy to share Hungarian and we have a cool English library and plenty of German magazines .... Im a bit of a linguaphile so we can practice languages during your stay :)
Alojamiento
In the main house - guest room on the roof up to 5 person, guest room in the house 2 person.
In a container - separate accomodation up to 3 (or small family)
In a small camper - fitted with own kitchen in the summer and wood fire bath on the side
Tent And Hammock (million star accomodation during summertime)

The bus stops at the entrance of the farm (c.a 1 miles walking from there) at Tótújfalupuszta, Cered (Volan bus from Salgótarján)
There are highways here (road 21)
We have unlimited internet and silence ;)
There are plenty of amazing hiking and walking roads around and almost always crossed by wild animals: more often fox, dear, wild boar, coyote, sometimes we find foodsteps of bears and wolves.

Yes, we are able to host digital nomads, however the wifi and reception are not always reliable. If you need constant net you need to have your own mobile network and also you need to find a place in the property where it runs smooth. We do have printers and other office staples.

We have huge space to accomodate any type of vans but you can access the land on a dirt road. Consider this please. We can hook you up with electrics and fill your water tank too.

We have 3dogs, 3 cats and 3 goats, we are happy to accept animals, but must get along with the others - or please use a leash at first and let's see.
