Descripción
We are a warm, traditional Irish family living in the countryside of Ireland, in Kilmeedy, near Newcastle West. We love welcoming people from all over the world, sharing our culture, and making lifelong friends!
Our home is a lively countryside farm and kennel, surrounded by a wide variety of animals. On our farm, every single day is unique—no two days are ever the same! You’ll enjoy the true rustic experience with fresh milk every morning straight from our cows and fresh eggs daily from our hens.
Over the years, we’ve been blessed with an amazing mix of helpers. We stay in touch with almost all of them, and many have become close family friends—it’s very common for someone to come for a 2-month stay and end up staying for 6! 😉
What we are currently looking for: We are looking for one or two people (singles or a couple), aged 25+ (who are insured/eligible to drive our car), seeking a genuine cultural exchange. 👍 A minimum stay of one month is desirable.
*Please note that we are not a business, nor are we looking for commercial help. If you want to experience the very best of authentic Irish rural culture with a friendly, welcoming family, please get in touch with us! -
