  I'm a quiet person, living in a wonderful place with Nacho, a ginger cat. I work from home and travel often for work, also for taking care of my aging parents.
  I would love to leave the house and my dear cat and plants in good company while I’m away, or to have magical people sharing my space and do magical things together when I’m in town! ‼️ → NOW SEARCHING FOR HELP TO REORGANIZE THE BASEMENT AND CREATE a SOUND HEALING SPACE.

  A guests room entirely for you with a coach-bed for two people.
  You can use one of the two bathroom, do your laundry, etc.
  I’m busy and bad at cooking, so you are welcomed to use the kitchen and your skills to make Nacho and I happy!

  🚌 The house is by the hills and there are some autobuses that connect with the cities or the Garda Lake
  There are more buses at a 1,5 km distance/20 min walking and a little train station in the town of Castelnuovo Del Garda.
  I can lend you one of my bikes to go around or reach the train station!
  
  You can do plenty of activities in Verona City or by the Garda Lake! Ask us for the link for more info!
  
  🏡 Rules of the house:
  -No smoking
  -No eating in the coach or putting shoes on it (it's new!)
  -No parties (when I’m away) or being loud (for the neighbors and when I’m working)
  -No shoes in the house
  -Being clean and polite
  -Being responsible and respectul of my space and it's things.
  -Being positive or at least not being negative...
  -Laughter is very welcome.
  -Pet the cat when he wants and respect his timings (he’s a well behaved cat, but protecting of his spaces and time)
  
  🌟 Basically… leave my house as you find it (or also… better, I will not complain)!
  📡 ...And while I'm away, I'd really appreciate you sending me news from my plants and cat and not moving or covering the videocameras I have so I can see him from afar.

  You have a desk and a screen if you need it. If we do projects in the garden, that would be when I’m at home and in my free time. Basically when I’m not home I just need you to keep company and feed my cat and plants. And keep an eye on the house…
