Hey adventurous souls! We’re a super busy and social hostel located in Chiang Mai. The vibe here is super social, welcoming, and always full of fun. We’re looking for a high-energy, super social person who loves meeting new people, bringing the group together.
Our space naturally attracts friendly, easygoing travelers from all over the world. We provide an authentic backpacker experience with a passion for helping people travel longer while still having an amazing time.
If you’re the kind of person who makes strangers feel like friends and isn’t afraid to grab a mic, start a conversation, or get the party going, you’ll fit right in. We can’t wait to meet you and share some unforgettable moments! -

Learn the area of Chiang Mai, get to see all temples, you'll also get to eat local northern
Dishes (some dishes only in chiang mai).
Our staff is fluent in Thai and are more than happy to teach basic thai or advanced. And you will meet people from around the world and learn their cultures. -
Ayuda
You need to be very social, easy going, friendly and be able to help clean for 1 hour a day in the mornings making beds. In the evenings you will lead group activities where you will get to go to Thai Boxing Matches, Cabaret Shows, Markets, bbq's and other activities for free.
Food is not included. We offer a free pint or bucket daily and after that cost price booze. -

I loved my month stay here! nice to have staff dorms and loved the vibes here. Def a high energy environment but very fun way to see the city and connect with other travelers. I've been here for a few weeks and it was soo wonderful ! The job is realy not a big deal and you meet a lot of amazing and friendly people.
All the workers are so lovely and helpfull. You got time to discover and enjoy Chiang mai as well.

First workaway experience and I couldn’t ask for better! The job was to change the sheets in the morning witch was super easy and to organise activities (uch as pub crawl, ladyboy show, muay thai in the evening. Otherwise you have the whole day to yourself.

It was my first time volunteering at a hostel and it was amazing - I ended up staying for 6 weeks instead of the original 2! Mike and Milk are fantastic people and really care about their guests and their workers, and going out every night to ladyboy shows, muay Thai and pub crawls is just a small perk of the job. Highly recommend applying here

Mikhaila is always smiling and laughing. She super talkative and simply lovely to be around. Even when we were short on volunteers she always stepped up to plate and did over and above what she was asked to do! Don't let her pass your position by!

This is an amazing option for a workaway. You change beds for less than an hour in the morning, then it's your job to be social with the guests, make sure everyone is having a good time and take them out for fun activities!

This is a very good hostel and staff is amazing but if you are looking for a place where meet local or Asian people this is not the place for you. I spent only few days doing workaway for this reason.
