Right now we are looking for up to four people to come and work with us on two projects!
1. We would like to paint the front of our house. This requires scuffing, sanding, priming and painting the wood boards. There are no bugs right now and the days are still very warm with crips and cool mornings and evenings!
2. We are doing to re-do the vinyl plank flooring in our basement. Me and my huband can help and take the lead but more hands make it faster.
Additional jobs include-- preparing our yard and gardens for fall. We have lot's to do- including gathering wood, putting away our everything in the yard, clearing the garden and harvesting, processing the turkeys and roosters!
You should probably have a car- but it's not a deal breaker if you are just here for a week or two.

Hi! Our family lives on a 3 acre property in rural BC right near Golden. We are Kristine and David, and two children Awnya (who has left for uni) and Remi. We moved into an old pub 9 years ago, and have been working very hard to convert it into a family home!
Since we are located 13 kms from town, having your own car is best! We live by 5 national parks so the adventures are endless!
Mountain biking, hiking, cold plunging, skiing, etc! We have it all.

We like to go on adventures, from hiking to biking and swimming in the summer and skiing in the winter. The town of Golden is 14 km's away, it a thriving little mountain town. The town is known for its extreme sports - white water rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, downhill skilling, snowmobiling are all activities that people come here to enjoy . The community is very diverse, and people from all around the world are living here! The town is close to 5 national parks, including Banff National park which is very well know as a destination for people from around the world.

We have a great wifi connection, I can send you the speed. You would need to do the animal chores in the morning before work :)
