Hello I'm Vicki and I live with my dog Nacho on the beautiful Kapiti Coast, five minutes walk from Waikanae Beach. We live in a renovated beach house and love walking on the beach or along the picturesque Waikanae River.

I work so I don't generally get the time to do my own garden, wash windows tidy the garage that sort of thing which I would be looking to get help with
I am close to the beach and river. Public transport is available
There is plenty of hiking and biking trails, Kapiti Island tours and the Nga Manu Bird Sanctuary on offer

I have two bedrooms available, one double that opens into a covered courtyard and a single room.
I can cater to most dietary needs and love to cook. I would also like to learn about Workaways cuisine

They would be welcome back at any time and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any host.
Vicki is a fantastic host and super chill lady. We had a great time working with her, sharing meals (she's a fab cook!) and great conversations.
The jobs we did were fun and rewarding, but had lots of time to relax and explore the local area.
We'd highly recommended Vicki as a host to anyone.
We shared some nice walks with her lovely dog Nacho. We also shared some lovely dinners.

She helped immensely with my IT issues, general household stuff and cooked meals although her sledgehammer/demolition skills need work lol.
