Help me acheive a more self-sustaining lifestyle and help with basic DIY project and gardening in Morbihan, France

  I live in central Brittany on a small-holding, homestead, that is leaning towards a permaculture based system. I live close to the beautiful Lake Guerledan and the Forest of Quenecan. There are many local markets nearby plus lots of forest and woodland walks. There is always something to do, but sturdy shoes and waterproofs are often needed.
  My house and land are partially renovated and I need some basic maintenance help.
  I have 3 ponies and 7 sheep plus a variety of poultry. I grow a lot of my own food and use the wool from my sheep for spinning and weaving. I'm a painter and sculptor and love to share my skills with visitors.

  There are many lovely markets nearby, villages with ancient architecture and a fascinating local history. I am developing a plot of land with a bio-diverse range of plants and trees, working towards a more self-sustaining lifestyle.

  I need some basic help with maintaining the land, cutting and planting hedges, maybe fixing fences and some DIY projects or maintenance to the house. I am extending my growing area to include a large herb garden for improved health of animals, humans and the land.
  Permaculture. Landscaping, establishing a herb garden and creating a new greenhouse.

  I need to practice speaking French and I currently teach English to students who visit for the summer.

  I have a twin bedroom or a room with a double bed within the main house and a private bathroom.
  Breakfast and lunch will be provided but evening meals will be more relaxed with helpers providing for themselves or contributing to a buffet or barbeque if the weather permits. Shopping trips for groceries and sightseeing will be included if helpers wish.

  Within an hours drive there are several lovely beeches, including the beautiful Pink Granit Coast. There are various towns for shopping and sightseeing, lots of hiking through woodlands and watersports on nearby Lake Guerledan.
