Descripción
Our farm is situated on the outskirts of the town of Napier and is a mere 50 km from Cape Agulhas, the Southernmost Tip Of Africa. Arniston with its lovely swimming beaches is 35 minutes away.
Our small farm was developed by one of South Africas most famous winemakers, on which he produced his world famous signature wines. We also farm olives, vegetables and fruit and run a small guest house, which is situated in the previous wine cellar. On our farm we have a small flock of free range chickens and three dogs. Everything we produce is organic.
We are a Swiss-South African Family with two kids.

Travellers benefit form our vast knowledge about the area, the most southern tip of Africa, which includes the land and its people.
Farming in South Africa is not so different to farming in any European or western country. So, we will teach you anything, just in an African way ;-)

Ayuda
We appreciate all kind of support on our farm, which includes general farm tasks in the vineyards, the olive grove, vegetable garden, helping with the chickens as well as hands on maintenance which could include fencing, woodwork, construction tasks and more.

Alojamiento
You will be accommodated in our family cottage sleeping four adults. It might be that you will share the cottage with other volunteers, sharing a large bathroom with shower.
During your entire stay you will enjoy free wi-fi.
We are mainly vegetarian and try to be as organic and environmental conscious as possible.

Volunteers with a valid drivers license will be able to use one of the cars on the farm in their free time for sight seeing.
