  Hi everyone :)
  
  My name is Miri and I am the very happy owner of a kitesurfing lodge in Cape Town. I am looking for a volunteer to help give the website a little make-over and maybe create some new photos/content.
  
  Our house Khaya is a place where kitesurfers, digital nomads and yoga lovers come together every year. Many guests stay for several weeks or even months, so you really get to know them and form amazing, life-long connections. The name means home and that's the vibe we're after, everyone who comes through is not just a guest, they're family.
  
  The house is 5 minutes walking distance to the kitesurfing beach and bars/supermarket/restaurants. It has a pool, hammocks, slackline, fireplace, braai and lots more fun to enjoy. For this position you will be staying in a tent in the back of the garden. We do loads of outdoor activities, you'll never get bored and it's always a vibe!

  Cape Town is simply the best place in the world and I think you'll agree after staying here! You'll never get bored hiking, surfing, kiteboarding, diving, wine tasting, exploring beaches, eating at the countless amazing restaurants, partying and road tripping. Just to name a few.
  
  The house is in the Blouberg area, meaning 20-25 minutes by car from Cape Town centre.

  Season is coming to a close, so the house is empty enough to allow for some side-projects like taking photos, improving the website, creating some content & sorting out the SEO.

  MARCH 2025
  * Minimum stay: 1 month
  Season has started! The kitesurfers are arriving and I need help with check-ins, admin/errands, fun activities, landscaping/gardening, art, improvements, social media, photos, SEO, website building etc. etc . Help with braai (BBQ), pizza-night, hikes and yoga classes (great plus if you can teach!). Sh.t also keeps breaking and we love a project, so handy skills very welcome.
  
  There is no fixed schedule, but you will have plenty of free time. I mainly need someone to be home when I'm not and someone to be my right hand when I don't have the DIY know-how.
  
  It's also very important for me that you can work independently and see things. The ideal person would notice mess and tidy it before I have to point that way and maybe even show me things that need improvement so we can figure out solutions.

  My dog is territorial so she will give any other animal coming into the house a hard time at first. However, she has lived with lots of different dogs over the years, so it's doable.
