The Farms will be open and operating this summer! Our agritourism Farm has a farm-to-table restaurant with a fixed menu and one table. Our goal is to have people from all over the world sitting together and connecting over a meal. It is a lot like workaway in that sense. We also have six villas that will be housing guests this summer. In the fall we host health and wellness retreats with mentors from around the world sharing their expertise.
Come and enjoy our magical land with its beautiful views. Be a guest at one of our parties so you can help promote it first hand! If you are comfortable talking to people that you don't know, like to meet new people, are outgoing, can drive and a big bonus if you speak another language other than your native tongue.
Apply because you are looking to meet fellow travelers, love country life, love to talk to people, have a great smile, are flexible, don't mind in the dirt, or engaging with people. Make sure you come with a good attitude. no drama please!
Note that the lodging is a shared space and we do our best to accommodate couples with a double bed. There is a workway kitchen and break area and we keep the pantry stocked with vegetarian ingredients. (It is fine if you want to eat meat on the farm just note that we do not provide it.). Come on out to the country and enjoy our beautiful land as we take one more step forward to realize our dream.

We spent a combined 40 years working in Los Angeles Entertainment Industry so we can share many stories with you. We are artists and artists always learn from each other. I also ran a successful NGO in Animal Welfare in the states. We speak pretty good English and are currently learning Shqip (that's Albanian in Albanian) and can study together out in the field. As new ex-pats we have a unique view on changing and committing to a new lifestyle. Side trips can be arranged to visit unique local Albanian villages hidden away from the touritsy areas and engage directly with the traditional Albanian culture. We hope to inspire you in one way or another to follow your dreams.
We are looking for people who love the outdoors, enjoy gardening and getting dirty. or Building skills are appreciated now. or arm experience will be met with awe and reverence! or Social people who can always get a conversation started. AND Most important is the desire to work with others and a positive attitude.
Bunk houses on the land out in the country but just 15 minutes from the sea. All rooms are shared approx. 4 people to a room. Multiple toilets and showers plus a stocked workaway kitchen.
Living out at the farm full-time is a dream. We can have "family dinners together" and free nights, bon fires, star gazing . I am a chef of two restaurants now and am open to learning your specialty.

The place, in the middle of the hilly countryside, is awesome.
Kyle and Shawn have been very welcoming and warm to us, and this is something we did really appreciate! They were very occupied with administrative issues, but they were always available when we had questions and when we needed
Shawn and Kyle picked us up at the bus stop in finiq, and we went straight to buy chickens at an albanian house/farm, after the greetings, fresh peach and raki of course. So for cultural exchange, we did a front flip into albanian culture lol.
As for the experience at the farm I really
I hope Shawn and Kyle's dreams will come true soon. This kid farm will be growing better and better.
We spent 3 weeks in Sarandë. We've been hosted with up to 3 other volunteers in a nice flat by the sea.
The farm project that Shawn and Kyle are working on is their own interpretation of agro tourism and you can definitely feel the American spirit in
Good luck and have a fun mates!

Helping to set the first steps in the land was rewarding and I enjoyed each day spent with Shawn and Kyle. The surrounding nature and views are truly beautiful, snowed mountains, ancient ruins, sheeps and goats. It provides a deep connection with the earth.
The end of each working day will make you
