  My name is Davis, and I am a proud native of the beautiful Archipelago of Bocas del Toro, Panama. I come from a family with over 50 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, which has inspired my passion for promoting sustainable tourism and preserving our natural environment.
  
  I hold a Master's degree in Political Science and Business Administration, along with three diplomas in Senior Management, Political Consulting, and Development of Tourism Projects. My professional journey has included roles such as Secretary of Tourism for Panama, where I contributed to the Tourism Master Plan 2007-2020, and I’ve held leadership positions in various hotels throughout Central America.
  
  Currently, I am the CEO and Co-Founder of a company dedicated to providing unique aquatic experiences in our stunning archipelago. We specialize in activities such as snorkeling, transparent boat tours, island excursions, and marine wildlife watching. Our mission is to educate visitors on the importance of preserving the marine environment while enjoying the beauty of our region.
  
  I am actively seeking volunteers to assist me with processes and policies, as well as training my staff in customer service and English language skills, focusing on their professional growth and career development. Your support can help us enhance our services and provide an even better experience for our visitors.

  Local Community Engagement: Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact with local residents, learning about their customs, traditions, and way of life. This interaction fosters a deeper understanding of the unique culture of Bocas del Toro.
  
  Culinary Experiences: We often incorporate traditional Panamanian dishes into our offerings. Volunteers can participate in cooking sessions where they learn to prepare local cuisine, providing a delicious insight into our culture.
  
  Language Exchange: Our team includes individuals from various backgrounds, creating a dynamic environment for language exchange. Volunteers can practice their Spanish while helping our staff improve their English, enriching both their language skills and cultural understanding.

  I am looking for enthusiastic volunteers who can assist me in several key areas to help grow my company and enhance our operations. Specifically, I would appreciate help with:
  
  Process and Policy Development: Volunteers with experience in creating and implementing operational processes and policies will be invaluable in streamlining our business practices.
  
  Training Staff in Customer Service: I seek individuals who can train my team in effective customer service techniques to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
  
  English Language Training: Volunteers with a strong command of English who can help my staff improve their language skills will greatly contribute to our team’s professional development and ability to communicate with international visitors.
  
  Career Development Support: I welcome those who can provide guidance and mentorship to my staff, helping them to grow in their careers and enhance their professional skills.
  
  One of our most important task is to put our Rezdy resevation system up and runnin, with all our tours, activities, prices, photos etc!
  
  By collaborating with motivated volunteers, we can create a positive impact on our team and the experiences we offer to visitors in the beautiful Archipelago of Bocas del Toro.
  
  WE ARE NOT HOSTING COUPLES, so please dont inquire about volunteering if you are a couple.

  Private Room: Our accommodation features a private room with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The room is equipped with a Smart TV that provides access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, and a variety of other channels, so you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows.
  
  High-Speed Internet: Enjoy high-speed internet access throughout your stay, allowing you to stay connected or catch up on work while you’re here.
  
  Private Bathroom: The room includes a private bathroom for your convenience, ensuring a comfortable and private space.
  
  Laundry Facilities: We provide laundry facilities to make your stay more convenient, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe as needed.
  
  Shared Kitchen: I am happy to share the kitchen with you, so you can prepare your own meals and enjoy home-cooked dishes during your stay. You’ll also have access to my fridge for storing your groceries.
  
  Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can feel at home while immersing yourself in the beautiful surroundings of Bocas del Toro. We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy space!
