  This Finca Hotel is a Franco-Colombian project located in the heart of Antioquia, only 2h from Medellin.
  
  Including 2 Hotels Boutique, a Coffee reserve and a coffee fabric, this familial initiative is trying to bring the world to know more about coffee and the Colombian culture in a magical environment. More than 300 hectares of coffee plantation, native forests and sustainable reforestation offering mesmerizing landscapes and millions of opportunities for adventure!
  
  We proudly hire everyday around 20 staff working in the hotel and 20 more working in the coffee farm.
  
  To help us keep on building this little paradise, we are looking for people sharing our values and willing to contribute to this beautiful project for at least 2 months,

  You'll enjoy being part of a multicultural project in the heart of the traditional coffee region of Colombia. A real immersion in the colombian culture!
  You will learn all about coffee and local gastronomy while spending time discovering our beautiful region.
  This is a place for the Nature Lovers! You can explore our mountains by walk or by horse and be amazed by our landscapes...

  Ayuda

  We need help at the reception to host our guests but mostly to guide them in the coffee tours we offer everyday in the morning, and during their time with us. Riding our typical jeep Willys (we provide the driver!) through the plantation, helping with translation and permitting the integration of our guests in the local community!
  
  You will also enjoy the company of our chef , while he teaches you all about the fresh fusion food we offer at the lodge, using local and organic products with a touch of European gastronomy!

  You'll have a beautiful place to stay with us and you'll enjoy as well the fresh food we cook everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  Rooms will be private or shared with another volunteer of the same sex depending on the activity and the occupation at the Finca.
  And you'll find many compensations while you share your energy in this wonderful place.

  Close to the Finca you can enjoy the vibrant Medellin (2h), or explore the beautiful region of Antioquia and its typical towns like Jardin and Jerico (1h30 from FINCA). Many options of public and private transports are available.
