Hallo workaways,
we are a big family with 3 Generations on our farm. The horsefarm is in the north of Germany not fare away from the north sea and 20 min. to Hamburg. The farm is from 1924 and we bult it up and restaurated step by step.We have Horses, dogs cats mutch birds and a big Garden. So we have tasks to do all over the year. Allso we have ridingpedagogik on our Farm and riding clinics with children and adults.

Ayuda
So we have a big Garden with flowers and vegetables. Cooking and shopping if you like ore you can help on the farm with horses is allways. Help to bring them out to the fields, clean the stables or the fields, repair something tidy up the farm, so on the farm is the main help. In the next years we have to bult something new( from old make new) so this is a task too.
In 2024 the farm will get 100 Years old.

So your farm is nice we want to make a place to relax and stay and think a while for person with have there horses here or have ridingpedagogik.We have mutch places around the farm we grow up like a well work familycompany. Our age are between 12- 80 years.

I spent two wonderful weeks with Anika and her family this March. From day one, everybody made me feel welcome and made it very easy to find a „home away from home“. The farm is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, there's deer, rabbits, hares and birds, lots of cycle/walking paths. It's close to Tornesch which has shops and a train station.

My stay at the farm was one of the best times i had in my life. Anika and her family make you feel like you are part of the the family. Picking cherries (pick one, eat one!) was my favorite task, right after building fences. It felt so good to be in nature and do "real" work. I am already missing it :)

I spent 3 months at this farm. I felt really like at home.
My room was at Joahannes and Angelika (the grandparents) and I would have breakfast with them. They are very lovely. They really helped me to improve my german skills.

I spent 17 days at Anika's farm and has been a wonderful experience. A really nice place to stay with horses and learn german. All the family is really welcoming and was really great to talk about life or future with all of them. I really learnt a lot, thank you!!
