Dear travellers,
We have a beautiful forest homeschool and kindergarten in a lovely community near Lagos.
We would be super grateful about a few helpers who are interested in simple cooking, and helping with the kids.
We are in a beautiful peace community close to Lagos, near the amazing beach in Luz and the famous village Barão de São João where there are lots of activities and travellers.
It's really about what also feels good for you. We don't expect many hours so that you can also enjoy this holiday destination with a lake on the land while building something lasting for the next generation of free spirited kids!
It's important that you have your own car or van as the community is quite off grid.
We are excited to meet you ~ we are a small team of alternative spirited guides for kids!
Portuguese is not necessary as most kids are English or German speaking.

Travellers could learn Portuguese, English and German if they want as we speak in three languages.
You can be in the heart of alternative events in the beautiful Algarve. The beach and events are a 15 min drive away. You can experience community life or have your peace in nature.

We provide spaces to park your van or camper or we provide a caravan or tent, a shower, compost toilet and good times in the community and organic meals or money for own food supplies.

It was lovely to host them for these two weeks! They helped to cook, to care for the kids and brought in their own ideas.
They also brought their own tent and came by bike even though it was cold and rainy. So they are super independent too. :))

Stefanie is also independent and has her own van.
We would offer her a job if she would want to live here :))

Der Ort liegt etwas abgelegen ca. 20min mit dem Auto von Lagos entfernt. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmtteln von dort ist schlecht, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit sich das Community Car (für 30ct pro km)… read more
